Weil advises shareholders of Swibox Holding on the sale to EOS
Munich — The shareholders of Swibox Holding AG have sold 100% of their shares to the Munich-based private equity fund EOS Partners. — The Munich and Frankfurt offices of the international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP have advised the shareholders of Swibox Holding AG together with the Swiss law firm MLL Legal AG and the subsequent re-investment in a joint holding company.
Swibox AG is a leading provider of electrical enclosures and enclosure solutions. In addition to its own product lines and patented new developments, including in the field of safety technology, the company plans to market its products not only on the Swiss market, but also internationally. In order to meet this objective, the Swibox Group was merged with the already internationally established SRG & SERVE Group from Germany and Luxembourg under a joint holding company. Both groups will continue to be managed as independent companies that operate autonomously. The management of the Swibox Group will remain shareholders in the new group of companies.
