London/ Frankfurt/ Munich — Financial investor Advent International acquires a 30% stake in Aareon AG. According to Aareal Bank AG, the purchase price for the investment amounts to EUR 260 million. As part of the transaction, the company was paid approx. EUR 960 million. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions, with closing expected in Q4 2020.
