Munich — ARQIS advised Dr. Simon Consulting GmbH on the sale of its subsidiaries FuG Elektronik GmbH (Schechen/Rosenheim) and Guth High Voltage GmbH (Salach/ Göppingen) as part of a succession plan. Both companies, which currently have a combined workforce of around 170, will be taken over by Singapore-based XP POWER LTD. from February 1, 2022.
FuG develops and distributes DC low, medium and high voltage power supplies. Guth develops and distributes DC high voltage power supplies and components. Both companies have been successfully active in their respective industries for many years, have established a market-relevant position with continuous growth and most recently generated sales of approx. 18 million euros. The sale to XP Power opens up far-reaching opportunities for the companies to expand their international presence and continue their sustainable growth path, while finding a solution for shareholder succession and securing both sites.
