Ommax makes Sunday Natural digitally fit for investor CVC
Berlin / Munich — Sunday Natural, a leading brand for high-quality vitamins, minerals and nutritional supplements, has secured an investment from CVC Fund VIII. The partnership aims to support the scaling and international reach of the company. The founder of Sunday Natural, Jörg Schweikart, will continue to play a central role in the strategic development of the company and will remain significantly involved in the company.
OMMAX supported Sunday Natural with an expansion strategy and the subsequent creation of a commercial factbook to prepare for the entry of the investor CVC. — With two million customers in German-speaking countries,Sunday Natural generated a profit of almost twelve million euros in 2021 and is estimated to have a valuation of 700 million euros. Most recently, the well-known investor CVC also invested in the company.
Specifically, a comprehensive strategy project was launched to improve the understanding of market dynamics and key players in various key regions (14+) with the aim of assessing the opportunities for internationalization and channel expansion. Combined with a digital and commercial competitive benchmarking analysis, the OMMAX results helped the company derive key implications for its go-to-market strategy and formed the basis of a commercial factbook for potential buyers.
