Munich — McDermott Will & Emery has advised NORD/LB on the financing of a majority stake in cisbox GmbH by the software investor Main Capital. The cisbox founders Stephan Kern and Sebastian Mehrle will remain in the company and have acquired a significant stake in the company.
Founded in 2005, cisbox offers cloud and AI-based software solutions for optimizing procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, primarily in the healthcare, hospitality, services and public sectors. The company employs more than 150 people in Solingen and at two locations in Vietnam.
