Neodigital: Financing round and joint venture with HDI Insurance
Düsseldorf — ARQIS advised Neodigital Versicherung AG (“Neodigital”) on the expansion of its Series D financing round to include HDI Versicherung AG (“HDI”) as a new investor and partner in a newly formed joint venture.
Neodigital enters into a joint venture with HDI for the development of a common claims platform. In addition to establishing the joint venture, Neodigital was also able to attract HDI as an additional investor. Neodigital and HDI are thus pooling their expertise: Neodigital’s fully digital, agile and highly automated process processing complemented by the experience of one of Germany’s largest insurance companies. On the one hand, the joint claims platform represents an important step in HDI’s digital transformation process; on the other hand, the cooperation with one of the most important market leaders is another major milestone for Neodigital in its still young company history.
The ARQIS team around Dr. Jörn-Christian Schulze already supported the first closing of the Series D financing round at Neodigital in January this year and has been advising the founding investors since their entry.
