McDermott advises Investcorp Technology Partners on acquisition of NetRom
Frankfurt a.M. — McDermott Will & Emery is advising Investcorp Technology Partners on the acquisition of Dutch software manufacturer NetRom Holding B.V. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2023.
McDermott consistently advises Investcorp Technology Partners on transactions in the technology sector. For example, the acquisition of cybersecurity company Avira for around 165 million euros and its sale for around 360 million dollars to NortonLifeLock Inc. and on the acquisition of a majority interest in the Contentserv Group.
