The seller is the private equity company Quar­tum Kapi­tal. The tran­sac­tion is still subject to the appr­oval of the German Fede­ral Cartel Office.

CWS-boco Inter­na­tio­nal GmbH is a wholly owned subsi­diary of Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH based in Duisburg.
