Triton invests in medium-sized compa­nies in the German-spea­king, Nordic and Bene­lux regi­ons, France, Italy, Spain and the United King­dom. As an active share­hol­der, we work closely with the manage­ment teams, but it is important to us that they will have the sole respon­si­bi­lity for the company manage­ment. A main TSM focus is acce­le­ra­ting growth through digi­ta­li­sa­tion, buy-and build and internationalisation.
