Opti­mi­zing proces­ses and struc­tures to deve­lop hidden poten­tial and increase the value of the compa­nies is specTra’s approach. spec­Tra does not manage funds, but invests in indi­vi­dual deals with private backers. spec­Tra usually has no prede­fi­ned exit hori­zon and thus has no exit pressure.
