DMB Deutsche Mittelstand Beteiligungen GmbH is an investment firm based in Hamburg that focuses on majority investments across industries in
profitable “Mittelstand” companies in the DACH Region with an enterprise value of up to € 50 million. It is DMB’s goal to develop long-term value by investing in well positioned companies and proactively developing these to their full potential. In order to achieve this, DMB concentrates on strengthening the businesses’ strategic positions and focuses on supporting profitable growth.
Services
With DMB’s private investor structure, we focus on long-term value generation rather than short-term results. We do not have any formal restrictions with regard to maximum holding periods of our portfolio companies. We view ourselves as partners for management teams, supporting each portfolio company through individual non-executive boards. The board assists management proactively in selected operating projects, such as for example acquisitions, financing or expansion projects.
