BANE offers a matching service and consul­tancy. Our Matching-Service provi­des a custo­mi­zed service in capi­tal invest­ment for busi­nesses and invest­ment oppor­tu­ni­ties in busi­nesses for private inves­tors and working busi­ness angels, insti­tu­tio­nal or indus­trial inves­tors. Our consul­tancy provi­des support in crea­ting execu­tive summary / invest­ment outline / busi­ness plan, support for opti­mi­zing inter­nal struc­tures, manage­ment of the invest­ment (post due dili­gence) and guidance leading up to the conclu­sion of the invest­ment process. It is diffi­cult for compa­nies seeking capi­tal to find “the right” source of capi­tal. We have a large number of perso­nal cont­acts with venture capi­tal and private equity firms. Through our acti­vi­ties in M&A we also look for oppor­tu­ni­ties with stra­te­gic inves­tors, e.g. medium-sized compa­nies, which can save deve­lo­p­ment costs on ideas of start-ups.
