The IDM – Insti­tut für Digi­ta­les Manage­ment GmbH advi­ses compa­nies of various indus­tries and sizes. Close ties to the WFI – Ingol­stadt School of Manage­ment allow the realiza­tion of high trans­fer perfor­mance from rese­arch into prac­tice. The IDM also designs and conducts various manage­ment work­shops by using up-to-date models and methods (e.g. IDM Hacka­thon). Further­more, the IDM supports start-ups in the deve­lo­p­ment and imple­men­ta­tion of their busi­ness models as well as estab­lished compa­nies in the deve­lo­p­ment of so-called corpo­rate labs (company-owned “startup green­hou­ses”), e.g. to increase their inno­va­tive perfor­mance. In this context, the IDM coope­ra­tes with renow­ned coope­ra­tion part­ners and other experts from the univer­sity environment.
