Hamburg — A team led by Hamburg-based partner Dr. Stefan Duhnkrack has advised Jungheinrich AG on the acquisition of a majority stake in ISI Automation GmbH & Co KG. With its ISIPlus and ISIPro products for the automation of warehouse systems, ISI Automation now becomes part of the Jungheinrich Group, one of the world’s leading solution providers for intralogistics. This acquisition complements Jungheinrich’s portfolio in the important area of digitizing logistics solutions.
ISI Automation GmbH & Co KG is a specialist for control automation and IT systems. The internationally active company has its headquarters in Extertal and a branch office in Lemgo. The managing directors Frank Marek and Volker Sasse continue to run the company.
