Munich — ARQIS has acquired the Japanese company Nifco Inc. on the sale of its subsidiary Nifco Germany GmbH to AEQUITA SE & Co. KGaA, an industrial group based in Munich. Nifco Germany develops and produces injection-molded plastic parts for the automotive industry. With over 1,100 employees at its locations in Germany, the USA and Serbia, the company generates a turnover of more than 200 million euros.
