Düsseldorf/ Munich/ Osnabrück — ARQIS advised zwei.7, the family office behind Osnabrück-based entrepreneur Karsten Wulf, as lead investor in the Series A financing round of Berlin-based health tech company Lindera GmbH.
In its financing round, Lindera was able to secure one of the largest investments in the care sector in the DACH region to date. Through the four new investors advised by ARQIS and with the participation of the existing group of shareholders from the Rheingau Founders environment, the company is thus solidly financed for the coming years.
With its AI-based 3D motion tracking technology, Lindera enables flexible motion analysis for all areas of the healthcare sector — from geriatric care to orthopedics and geriatrics to neurology, rehab and therapy. By combining medical knowledge and intelligent AI technology, precise gait parameters can be generated and scientifically validated via the camera of a smartphone or tablet. Lindera partners with leading companies and universities around the world to help people safely reach the limits of their mobility with precise assessments as they age, play sports, and undergo therapy.
Zwei.7 is a single family office founded by entrepreneur Karsten Wulf and specializes in investing in companies in the context of growth capital and succession planning and increasingly in the technology sector but also in real estate on a sustainable basis. zwei.7 brings extensive entrepreneurial experience in the further development of investments and has its own team to realize real added value for its portfolio companies in important areas such as strategy, human resources, sales, and digitalization.
The ARQIS team around Prof. Dr. Christoph von Einem acted as consultants for zwei.7 for the first time and in this case accompanied three other entrepreneurs from Osnabrück in their co-investments with zwei.7.
