Allen & Overy advises Vision Healthcare on acquisition of Vitamaze
Munich/ Frankfurt — Vision Healthcare, a consumer healthcare company with an extensive portfolio of self-care brands and over-the-counter products in several European countries, has acquired Vitamaze GmbH (Vitamaze). Vision Healthcare is headquartered in Belgium.
Vitamaze, based in Heidelberg, Germany, was founded in 2015 and is a leading European supplier of vitamins, minerals and dietary supplements (VMS). The company operates predominantly through Amazon and e‑pharma channels.
Vision Healthcare’s extensive VMS and digital marketing expertise provides Vitamaze with optimal conditions for further growth, based on the company’s own experience in sales via Amazon and e‑pharma channels. At the same time, Vision Healthcare Group benefits from Vitamaze’s expertise. The acquisition is in line with Vision Healthcare’s corporate strategy to further expand its leading direct-to-consumer healthcare technology platform for VMS and beauty and personal care products in Europe.
