MBG is one of the largest private equity inves­tors in Germany. Invest­ments are in the inte­rest of the public and MBG is part­ner of SMEs. Invest­ment is about € 209 million in nearly more than 660 enter­pri­ses based in the Fede­ral State of Baden Wuerttemberg.
MBG supports growth and inno­va­tion projects as well as company succes­sion and start-ups with mezza­nine capi­tal like silent part­ner­ships. For inno­va­tive start-ups MBG provi­des venture capi­tal in the form of open invest­ment. Share­hol­ders are cham­bers, asso­cia­ti­ons and credit institutes.
