Hamburg — VentusVentures has sold 80% of its shares in eMIS Deutschland GmbH to EB Energiewende Fonds, an impact-generating Article 9 fund of sustainable asset manager EB-SIM. Even after the sale of these majority shares, VentusVentures remains a shareholder in the company.
eMIS Deutschland GmbH supports public transport companies, municipal utilities and companies in the electrification of their vehicle fleets. To this end, the company rents out the entire infrastructure consisting of electricity, buses, transformer, charging infrastructure, energy management and offers comprehensive services.
VentusVentures provides consulting and services to clients in the energy and finance industries with a focus on renewable energy. The business areas of the group, which is headquartered in Hamburg, include wind energy, solar energy, real estate and mobility transition.
