Munich — The law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised PLENTICON GROUP GmbH on the acquisition of the microPLAN Group. Plenticon is a portfolio company of Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen GmbH.
The addition of the Emsdetten-based IT systems house expands the group’s range of expertise, particularly in the DATEV and data center areas as well as in DATEV consulting, while also increasing its geographical reach.
PLENTICON GROUP GmbH, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, is one of the leading nationwide full-service providers for IT services. The majority shareholder is Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen GmbH (HQIB).
With around 120 employees at seven locations and its own data center, microPLAN is one of the largest IT innovation managers in Germany. The portfolio of the IT system house includes cloud services, ASP/IT outsourcing, IT and DATEV solutions.
