With DMB’s private inves­tor struc­ture, we focus on long-term value gene­ra­tion rather than short-term results. We do not have any formal rest­ric­tions with regard to maxi­mum holding peri­ods of our port­fo­lio compa­nies. We view oursel­ves as part­ners for manage­ment teams, support­ing each port­fo­lio company through indi­vi­dual non-execu­tive boards. The board assists manage­ment proac­tively in selec­ted opera­ting projects, such as for exam­ple acqui­si­ti­ons, finan­cing or expan­sion projects.
