Frankfurt a. M. / Hanover — QVM has acquired GLOBOS Logistik- und Informationssysteme GmbH from the founding shareholder as part of a structured sales process. Sparkasse Hannover was advised by Heuking partner Thomas K. W. Schrell on the financing of the acquisition of GLOBOS Logistik- und Informationssysteme GmbH by QVM Privatkapital.
QVM acquired GLOBOS Logistik- und Informationssysteme GmbH from the founding shareholder as part of a structured sales process. GLOBOS is a system house with the focus on manufacturer-independent consulting, sales and integration of innovative barcode systems located in Hannover/Lower Saxony. The company is a full-service provider of barcode systems in the DACH region. In addition to handheld scanners, the product portfolio includes peripheral devices such as mobile terminals and label printers. The company currently employs 91 people.
Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek provided comprehensive support to the financing bank in the preparation, structuring, negotiation and implementation of the entire financing documentation. The credit lines have a term of seven years. The purpose of the financing is, in addition to the financing of the share acquisition, the repayment of existing liabilities and the financing of the Group’s general working capital requirements.
