Munich — Business law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised PROM12, an investment company focused on the technology/ tech-enabled services/ software sectors, on the acquisition of Communardo Software GmbH. Communardo, headquartered in Dresden, Germany, is a full-service provider for the modern workplace with nearly 220 employees at seven locations in Germany, Austria and Albania, generating revenues of 40 million euros.
PROM12 as a specialist for Digital Transformation and IT Services supports Communardo in its future development, working closely with Communardo’s management to strategically develop the company for international growth. Ilja Hauß and Dirk Röhrborn will remain as shareholders. Dirk Röhrborn will continue to be responsible for Communardo’s business as CEO.
The acquisition is subject to approval by the antitrust authorities. GOF advised PROM12 on all phases of the transaction.
