Berlin — Fly Ventures was able to raise its second venture capital fund. Like the first generation of funds, Fly Ventures II, with a total volume of 53 million euros, focuses its investment on technology startups. Fly Ventures (photo from left to right: Gabriel Matuschka, Marie Wennegren, Felix Wolf, Matt Wichrowski, David Maligne, Frederik Bergenlid) received comprehensive legal, regulatory and tax advice on the structuring of the fund from a team led by SMP partner Jens Kretzschmann.
“Especially in these challenging times, it is important to set an example and signal that topics such as deep tech must continue to be advanced despite economic uncertainties” says Jens Kretzschmann.
