The machgruppe was formed in 2021 through the merger of MACH AG with DATA-PLAN Computer Consulting GmbH. MACH AG, an e‑government software and consulting company based in Lübeck, has been one of Main Capital’s portfolio companies since 2020.
Form-Solutions GmbH, based in Karlsruhe, Germany, has been helping German government agencies digitize their application processes for more than 20 years.
