Berlin — Education investor Emerge Education is investing in EdTech startup Tomorrow’s Education. This is the first time the VC from the UK has invested in a company from Germany with its new generation of funds. In the course of the financing round of Tomorrow’s Education, Emerge Education also acted as lead investor and was legally advised by SMP partners Frederik Gärtner and Martin Schaper together with Jonas Huth.
“With the use of, among other things, artificial intelligence and a contemporary concept, Tomorrow’s Education is pointing the way towards an even more modern and flexible form of academic training and is thus creating a new form of knowledge transfer. We are very pleased to have been able to provide legal support to Emerge Education in this transaction,” says Frederik Gärtner.

The venture capitalist’s investments include Engageli, Aula, Lingumi, FourthRev, Crehana and Eduflow.
