Munich / Berlin — Growth capital provider Earlybird has participated in the Series D financing round of Berlin-based FinTech company N26 GmbH with a total volume of USD 470 million. P+P Pöllath + Partners advised Earlybird on the establishment and fundraising of a special fund to participate in this financing round.

Earlybird has been actively supporting N26 as an investor since the seed financing round in 2014.
N26 is a direct bank specializing in smartphone account management. The FinTech Unicorn is currently considered the most valuable German FinTech company.
