Karlsruhe/ Bayreuth - ALTUS AG of Karlsruhe reports the successful sale of the Pinta solar park portfolio to 7C Solarparken AG, based in Bayreuth and originating from Belgium.
7C Solarparken takes over the portfolio with additional expansion potential from ALTUS AG, which developed the portfolio. It is located near Salzwedel in Saxony-Anhalt and is equipped with REC PV modules and Huawei inverters. The portfolio has been feeding into the grid of Avacon Netz GmbH since September 2017.
ALTUS as a holistic project developer for renewable energies is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kraftwerke Mainz-Wiesbaden AG (KMW), which is part of the Stadtwerkeverbund Mainz-Wiesbaden.
7C Solarparken AG is a listed owner/operator of photovoltaic plants in Germany with a portfolio of over 120 MWp. The Company’s shares are traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (General Standard).
