Stuttgart — Pump manufacturer Uraca GmbH & Co KG has acquired Dynajet GmbH of Nürtingen. With the acquisition of Dynajet, Uraca strategically expands its current product and service portfolio. Dynajet will remain as an independent brand after the acquisition.
Dynajet GmbH develops professional high-pressure water cleaners and accessories for use in industries such as construction, renovation, municipalities, cleaning service providers, shipyards, and agriculture and forestry. The high-pressure water cleaners have a power range from 150 to 3000 bar. The company was founded in 2001 and has its headquarters in Nürtingen near Stuttgart.
Uraca GmbH & Co KG was founded in Bad Urach in 1893. Around 330 employees work for the long-established industrial company. Uraca pumps are used mainly in chemical or petrochemical industries and in heavy industry. Uraca’s turnover is around 70 million euros.
